SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders shipped to the United States (US ISO country code) with a merchandise subtotal of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard domestic shipping on most items.

Eligibility is confirmed at checkout when our checkout calculates carrier rates. The cart may show “Eligible for free US shipping at checkout” when your subtotal meets the threshold; final rates always appear at checkout.

Exclusions: Full power armor suits and other freight items do not qualify for the $50 threshold. Those ship via freight with rates quoted at checkout.

US territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, armed forces / AP addresses) are not included unless we have configured shipping for those destinations. Contact us if you need a quote.

We ship worldwide.

International orders do not qualify for the US $50 free-shipping threshold. Shipping, VAT, duties, and import fees are calculated at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking should be automatically emailed to the customer once a shipping label is created with USPS to let them know their order is complete and shipped out.

• Armor kits & helmets: 3–14 days depending on current production queue on average. All armor is made to order and this time can vary during seasonal spikes.
• Small 3D printed items: 1–5 days.
• Full Power Armor Suits: At least 10 weeks as they are made to order—no exceptions.

If USPS marks delivered but the package is missing, we open an investigation and work with the customer toward a resolution.
