Introducing the T-60 Power Helmet, life-sized - Unassembled Shells - FO4 Mechsuit version! Vacuum-Formed with High Impact Styrene Sheets.
PLEASE READ: This is the HELMET of the T-60 Power Armor Kit - Vacuum Formed Shells ONLY!
-This is the Raw Product and does NOT include assembly materials.
-The last photo is intended for reference to show what can be made from these shells.
-Significant assembly by buyer will be required, I am simply providing the base for the DIY kit.
-This helmet is separated into 2 high-impact styrene segments that will need to be assembled by buyer.
-This product is ONLY the shells of the helmet in order to keep prices down and does NOT include 3d printed parts, corrugated tubing, lens/visor, or other theatrical components.
-Buyer will be required to assemble how they see fit and obtain these items.
-If you are interested in an entire helmet kit, with 3d printed parts, lens, and tubing included, please inquire.
IMPORTANT - Buyer will need the following to assemble:
1) Hot glue gun or other bonding tool
2) black industrial grade "Workpro" glue sticks - Use these to connect parts (available on Amazon)
3) Fiberglass Resin (optional) - apply to increase durability ( available on Amazon)
4) Disposable paint brushes to apply resin
5) Sandpaper - course, medium, fine (optional)
6) EVA Foam sheets 3mm thick (optional)
NOTE - I recommend lining the interior of this helmet with 3mm eva foam sheets for added stability. Utilize adhesive spray glue to line EVA foam inside the helmet if you choose to do so. DO NOT USE Contact Cement. Contact Cement and High Impact Styrene do not mix well and may deform the shells. I recommend using clamps to hold two parts together as you adhere each piece with hot glue. For guides on how to assemble, please visit out Instagram: "Dead_exposuredf"
